Not receiving offer emails no notifications . Have ask for nearly 3 months. Can anyone help

I’ve been asking for months to help have emails notifications sent. I look at my items sent, received offers none but if I click completed oodles are there. Yet I never received one. I’ve went weeks without selling a single item. I’ve called many times spending way to much time on the phone and I’m promised “ you’ve dealt with this long enough we will be back with you in 48 hours with a resolution.” It’s a joke to them. What happened ? Everything was fine til first part of January and I’ve sold 3 items since. Do you think eBay is trying to get rid of the common seller? What else am I to think?

Perhaps eBay is sending notices, but they are not reaching your inbox.

Often missing messages are being shunted into a different location due to a user's filter rule, or a spam filter set up by your mail service provider. Or the messages are not reaching your provider at all.

You may want to try a different email address to see if that allows you to receive your messages.

Or try using the eBay app to keep track of offer notices.

Or you may want to set up automatic offer acceptance limits for your listings.
