Also picture can't be revised in My Store header. Once it's there, can't replace it.

In Ebay Store - Uploaded a picture for the store header. However, not impossible to replace that picture. Getting error something like  "Oooops, were are sorry, come back and try again ..."  No Thanks.

I just want to replace the picture with another one. 

I can't even delete the existing picture to have none instead. Same issue.

Try signing out here. Sign in to your other eBay account with the store on ebay.ca instead of ebay.com. Go to your store page using links on the eBay site rather than using an old bookmark and see if you can manage your store that way.
