I currently have 2 items that appear within SellerHub as eligible for offers, but when I attempt to send offers I receive an error that states "Listings not eligible for offers.". This has been ongoing for about 6 months and the list of items impacted is growing as my watchers increase.
How can I solve this issue? Need HELP!
Thanks

Some watchers opt out of receiving offers entirely, and other watchers may have already received offers from you and may not be eligible for further offers.

Ok, that seems to be a logic answer... but I have reintroduced a new item replacing the old one but it gives me the same answer.
Thanks

If none of the current watchers are eligible for an offer, then you won't be able to send offers to watchers until those current watchers either opt in or otherwise become eligible, or until you get new watchers that are eligible.
You could simply lower the price of the item; that way anyone, not just watchers, could see the lower price and make a purchase.

Yeah, I get those too sometimes. I think either you sent an offer already to the watchers and this is an error, or the watchers opt out of getting the offer. Not sure why they say it's Eligible when it's not.

It makes little sense to me that items that show up in a list called "items eligible for offers" would somehow become not eligible. This has to be a bug.
This seems to be a new eBay issue (for 2024). Anecdotally, I have an item that, for a period of time, would show up in my list of items eligible for offers. It would consistently switch to not eligible once selected to send an offer. This happened on at least five occasions. Same item. This occurs weekly for different items as well.
I've seen it mentioned in this thread that buyers can turn offers off... I've never heard of this. I know you can turn off offer communications, but that wouldn't stop an offer from being made to an account.
