"Items Per Page" selection not working on store pages

As title states, when trying to change the amount of items shown at a time on a seller's store page, nothing happens when the button is clicked.
I'd post a video clip but it appears the video upload interface is broken here, can only upload from a URL and not locally 😂

What browser are you using? Latest version?

Can you change the number of items per page using a different browser and have that be reflected in the original browser?

Sorry Chrome, latest version, while admittedly I checked and did need an update the behavior is the same after it as well. Have not checked other browsers, but below are some screenshots at least. The dropdown stays at 48 and does not move change when the other options are selected:

Pagination seems to be functioning again as of checking 08/26
