"It looks like there's a problem with this listing. " Picture - Bulk editin

If I am using bulk edit on US or UK ebay sites, I am getting same problem. There is message:

"It looks like there's a problem with this listing. Picture"

It is happening with all items.  I am edditing existing active listing. There are pictures in all listing.

If I edit the item one by one, it is OK, but that is not a solution for me. 

Could you help?

eBay is screwed up right now.  I can't add a new listing because it keeps telling me the category is incorrect, or that condition is required but the condition input area states it is not required.
