"Create single listing" button not working in Chrome

For the past couple of days whenever I try to click the "Single listing" option from the "Create listing" dropdown, nothing happens. Usually I use Chrome, but I tried in Safari and it seemed to work.

Not really, I pretty much always use Chrome and don't want to have to switch browsers just to create listings. Plus I would think that eBay would want all functions to work in all browsers.

If a feature works in one browser but not another, it is possible the problem is not the browser itself, but a problem with your particular setup: your browser version, something to do with your history, cache or cookies, your browser add-ons.

Try using an incognito browser window in Chrome. If that works, next try clearing your browser cache ("for all time"). If that does not help, try manually erasing just your eBay cookies. If that does not help, try temporarily disabling add-ons to see if one is causing a conflict.

If that particular feature stopped working for everyone using Chrome, most likely there would be more than one post about this issue very soon after the problem started.

Thanks for the suggestions, I tried all of them and nothing seemed to work. Then I realized that when hovering over the "Single listing" dropdown option with my mouse, the actual clickable area for it was like 1/4 inch above the text itself. No idea what would cause that, but seems to work if I click a little bit above the text.
