Ebay never tries fix this kind of problem, but I hope someday the engineers at Ebay will get attention to it and fix this kind of problem.
This happens very frequently where I miss sending message to the seller because I forget to click "Add message" .
The form must not proceed to process "Confirm and Pay" (or "Continue") when the "Message to Seller" textbox is detected not empty (or at least, it has to alert me that there is incomplete form).
Or else, I miss sending the message to the seller after the payment.
When that happened, I usually would try to contact the seller separately, however, the message label on the shipment box has already been missing.
