Dear Ebay,
I would like to ask about this. I have sent the seller message several times on my item, as I did not receive anything but yet it shows delivered. I believe that the item is lost or accepted/ anything in between and it's my first time purchasing item of high value. Others were quite smooth using global shipping program and others are quite fine with normal postage. Therefore I've sent several more messages to the seller but yet no response from him at all. Then, I've raised the case to ebay on this matter, and received "Case is on hold until 25th May 2020" and it says email was sent to me to get more information, but I did not receive any emails on this at all.
But I believe that I've already provided enough information to ebay, should I make a local police report on this matter as well? This would serve as black n white at least, just in case if I was told that I received it or something based on the tracking.
