"Awaiting Payment" page is not working

My awaiting payment page lists items that have been delivered, need shipped and awaiting payment.  Is there a place to directly report technical problems to eBay?

Same here.. it's really hard to go through what needs a combined invoice, what is unpaid, etc.  Hoping they fix this soon!
