"Add custom text on label" is not working when printing from bulk shipping.
It only works if printing individual labels.
In the bulk shipping page, the option is there, and is set for every item shipping. I have it set to item Title/Sku.
It shows properly, it is selected, but after purchasing the labels, none have the sku. This started a few weeks ago. They used to print without issue and we have not adjusted any settings.
When buying the label, it even says it will be there, and it is not.
When buying one single label and NOT using the bulk shipping tool, same thing, it is properly set and displayed, and when the label prints it DOES correctly print with the title/sku.
I dont want to have to keep shipping items individually we get 30+ orders a day. How can this get resolved or is it a bug??
