"0 results shown in all categories" is displayed in our store, but our items are not displayed.  I noticed it about six hours before. No message came from eBay about it.

I haven't done anything special.

In eBay.com, as above. In eBay.co.UK, no problem.

Do you have any idea?

"0 results shown in all categories" is displayed in our store, but our items are not displayed.

Currently I see 901 items you have listed on ebay.com when searching using a US address.

 

Others listing items in Japan have experienced issues with those listings not appearing on the US ebay.com site, even when shipping is included to that location.

I see 900+ items in your store. I am looking from the .com site and there are a lot of items. You should be good for now 🙂

We are sorry  that this issue is still not fixed.
Because this issue is reproduced in all my internet browsers.
I presume that this issue is specific to my account.

@ktokhokkaido Perhaps you should let ebay know about this. This seems like a bug of some sorts on eBay's end. You can get a hold of them via their Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/eBayForBusiness)

You are registered in Sri Lanka, but you specifically exclude Sri Lanka from your shipping.

 

Therefore you will not be able to see items that do not ship to Sri Lanka if you are using a Sri Lanka address to calculate shipping.

You can see your own store by not excluding Sri Lanka from your shipping and adding a shipping method to your location, or by using a different address to calculate your shipping when searching.
