Our store is from Japan.
When we watch our store, "0 results shown in all categories" is displayed in our store. We can't watch our items.
In eBay.com, the above occurs. In eBay.co.UK, no problem.
Buyers seems to watch our items in our site as usual. But we can't watch our items.
This phenomenon has been around since last Saturday.
It is the same phenomenon from any browser.

I turned the power of the router on and off for changing IP address.
However the issue is not fixed.
