purchase history not showing

purchase history not showing the only way I can access is to click on aaaiting feedback any suggestion to not having to do this before I scream. Using windows 11 on google chrome and microsoft edge both having the same problem which I didn't have before.

No problem with the ebay app on my phone

I think contacting ebay for support is the best way to solve your problem, and there's another way to go to purchase history by clicking help and contact and then searching as purchase history..

You are registered in the UK, but you are currently posting on the US ebay.com discussion boards.

First, make sure you are signed in to the same account on both devices.

Try an unfamiliar browser to rule out browser issues. Try viewing your Purchase History and change the date range. Can you see older transactions? How about if you go to your Summary page and view your orders there?

If the purchase history page loads correctly when using an unfamiliar browser, try clearing your cache and possibly eBay cookies in the original browsers.

Try viewing your purchase history or summary on other sites such as ebay.com or ebay.ca.
