I bought from "pauljonesseller" two pistons for a chainsaw.

There are a picture on there site.

When I got the pistons they aren´t same as the picture.

"pauljonesseller" don´t take notice to my own request.

They promised to send me the right piston, but they did´nt.

I want to warn other buyers for this kind of joke.

Open up a case and get your money back. Also, report the seller.

The seller is based in china. The quality of the items from a seller like him will be hit and miss since most are cheap knockoff or replicas. You should open a return request and insist the seller provide a return label. Most likely the seller will just issue the refund. With Ebay you have 30 from the delivery date and with paypal 60 days to request a return. You should also do a goggle search for the manufacture of your chainsaws authorized parts dealer and buy the part directly from them. At the very least get the correct part number from them and then buy from somone in the USA and not in another country.
