When a scamming buyer puts in a claim on Ebay for iem purchased by NONREFUNDABLE card and NOT a registered Paypal user, the refund cannot be made by ebay or paypal. Cannot even return cash via paypal as buyer is not registred. So Ebay in the return section told me this morning they have to close the case and the ONLY way to do this is by ruling against the seller who will then get a defect. After this happened to me this morning I read on the community that this happened to one other seller 2x. It will probably happen a lot since the cards are given to people who need to purchase food and other necessities - not to scam and try to get cash back on Ebay.
Ebay NEEDS to find a solution to this problem as the nonrefundable cards are plentiful with all the immigration coming into the US.
