The listing to sell process allows me to put in weight and dimensions and then pick a shipping service, but when I press the list it button it returns a "something is missing" message and has entirely deleted the information that I entered in the shipping boxes. Weight and all dimension are 0 and no shipping service is selected.
What is going on? This started yesterday and persists today. I am unable to list my items for sale because of this. Please help.
