printing shipping labels

I have been printing labels since last March for approximately 100 items. Yesterday I tried to print a label and got the message that I need a plug in.  I contacted ebay who told me that the plug in was not something ebay required. The sent me the pdf of the label but when I tried to print, I still got the same message

You need to install the Adobe reader.  It is free.

What OS and browser are you using?

Sounds like your browser's built in print needs a plugin update. Try printing the PDF directly in  Adobe Reader DC app.  It is a free download trial and gives better printing options anyway. Make sure to download it directly from adobe.com to avoid scams.
