 We're writing to let you know, that as of November 8, 2017, some of your listings are in violation of eBay policies and require immediate update.
  • 1 of your listings contain(s) non-secure HTTP content. Starting in October 2017, Google Chrome—the browser used by almost half of all eBay buyers— will begin displaying the message "Not Secure" in the address bar when users visit standard HTTP pages or HTTPS pages that include non-secure HTTP content. We encourage you to immediately remove this content.

please help,dont know how to correct this notice from e-bay

There are literally 100 threads about this topic on the boards here in addition to official ones - consult those to learn more about the issues.

Found that rover.ebay.com img tag in your listing description - don't know how it got there, whether you somehow put it there or eBay did (it looks like a image tracking bug), but it is an non-secure link and the only thing I could find. Your sewing machine listing (232549207200) has the description hidden behind a "See full item description" button in my Firefox browser which indicates eBay thinks it has a problem.

<p align="left">shipped to 48 lower US only</p>
<p align="left"></p>
<span id="closeHtml"></span>
<img src="http://rover.ebay.com/roversync/?site=0&stg=1&mpt=1506351875125">
</font>

You must use the advanced listing tool (not the mobile app or the quick listing tool), revise your listing, click on the HTML tab in the editor (instead of the default standard view) scroll down to the bottom of your description below your last line where it says "lower US only", and see if that    /rover.ebay.com/... link is present.

If it is, either change the http: to https:  to make it secure, or remove the entire image tag - the whole line: <img src="http ... 125">

Save your changes, and look at the listing in a browser where it currently has the description hidden, and see if that change makes the description re-appear. If so you should be good to go.

You can also scan your listing(s) before and after using shipscript's tool:
