Myself and my buyer can not see uploaded pictures that we have attached to messages. Is there a problem with this?

I am having the exact same problem, nothing is uploading in the message system if I use a PC. It only loads a white square. I have tried 3 different browsers and it still does not work. The only way I found it to still work is by using my mobile device. I hope eBay get this fixed soon.

This needs to be fixed. I Sell personalised items that require my customers to send photos. It wouldn't of been to much of a problem but eBay recently forced me to remove email addresses from my listing so now I rely on the image upload feature. I can't even message customers my email address without eBay blocking it!

I had a lengthy online chat with a very unhelpefull Ebay customer support person and asked for the problem to be reported which they said they would do eventually...still waiting for it to be fixed.

They talked me through the process that I have been doing for a long time and doing correctly.

They didn't seem to grasp the problem!!!
