Your last newly listed was Jan 18.. so why are you even chiming in here.

I've had the same problem a couple of times and I know its nothing to do with what everybody suggests (caches, updates,  browsers). If your having problems with JPEGS, I'm pretty sure the problem is related to the settings on the app you're using to interface with the scanner (Scangear?).  Sometimes these settings get altered when other progs and apps update automatically and it seems there are some  hidden pic attributes which Ebay photo-uploader doesnt like. Don't know why but it's a pain. Go back to the presets on the scan app (eliminate any automatic borders or embelishments, etc). If you already have lots of pics that wont upload but you can't/dont want to scan again, just use  a photo-editor app (or any file converter, really) to change the JPG to PNG ajusting size if required. These should upload. Hope it works.
