I think this happened to one of my customers as they just paid for 2 items they purchased on December 15th and it says I need to ship them. I don't have them obviously as they got them 2 months ago. Now do I need to refund them for these and ebay keeps the fees not only for the items (again) but the shipping as well?
Gee the one tiny perk of ebay bucks, was just pulled this morning as well. Should i just go to Amazon to buy the things i was buying on here that are newer items? What a way to run a business, right into the ground. I spend more time trying to fix ebay problems coming up with work arounds than fixing actual problems that are my fault in my business.
