orders not loading

when I go to orders on my orders page i get this attached image. Nothing is loading. On my computer or my phone. I have no way to ship my items because I cant see what they are. I do not want to be docked on timeliness for this.

Re: orders not loading

My GF is having the same problem.  Rebooted, no change.  Saying she has over a 1000 items to ship but doesn't show any.

Re: orders not loading

Ok we found a workaround.  If you hover over the notification icon (bell) you will see you have x number of items to ship.  If you click on it then it will take you to the bulk label printer.  It should be self expanatory but we did run into a problem with the SKU field not populating on the labels.  We discovered the SKU fields are still there in each record but none of eBays pages are accessing them lat all including label printing.  (for example in her store her active listings shows the SKU's in that column but when you click to edit a listing (to see the SKU) that entire field isn't there - not blank, just not there!  My store is fine.  Weird.)  We were hoping to print the SKU on each label so she could pull merchandise from inventory.  She has almost 2k items so a SKU is a must.  After-hours offshore support is a joke and had no idea.  One person we got bounced to said the SKU only prints on a label on an international order which is when I hung up.  Also they admitted they were having problems but of course eBay's official status page does not show any problems.  Anyway, if you are familiar with file exchange, you can download a report of sales for the last couple of days and in the spreadsheet you will find the SKU.  From now on my girlfriend and I are going to download our entire active listings file each week and save it on a google drive.  It's hard to find so just google eBay file exchange.  Once you find the page I suggest bookmarking it for future access.  I have no idea how to navigate there.

Re: orders not loading

Quick update:  For those of you intimidated by File Exchange, it looks like they have "fixed" it to where at least the Custom Labels now print onto the label at least using bulk label printing.  From a note during the process it looks like they are making some sort of change to the labels, which means they didn't really test it before implementation, which is the real reason for the problem some of us are having.  That eBay does not acknowledge.

Re: orders not loading

Try going to a watch list or summer page then once it loads on the left side hover over the activity tab and click on selling. This should pull up the old selling page. I was able to use it to print labels this morning. Till they get the new seller hub fixed you should save the old selling page as a book mark. When there are issues with the hub it tends to work. However keep in mind the old seller hub has issues with watched and viewed items not coming up so at times it may have problems too. a ebay rep said they are not supporting it and once the new hub is up and running they will be switching for good but for now it works for printing labels and communications with buyers.
