I am not receiving email notifications of offers on my items. This has been happening for several months and I am losing sales. Any help would be appreciated. I have updated my notifications.

"Offers" are good for 24 hours.
Why do you need emails to inform you of any offers? You have 27 items listed. You are actively selling on ebay. You should be checking that account on a daily basis. You check that account daily, you will see you have an offer, or "offers".
I don't understand how any Seller on ebay is "losing sales" due to not noticing "Offers". Especially over a time period Seller described as "months". 1 Month I might get it. But "months", plural, nah. Seems like after the first month one would start checking their account daily until the issue was resolved.
Again, I don't get it. I just don't.

First of all, I have been trying to resolve this issue for "months" to no avail. Secondly, where is it that I can check for offers without opening each item, every day? For years I have been receiving email notifications of offers and counteroffers. Why did they stop? You've had a grand total of 29 sales and trying to tell me how it all works? Please.

You do not have to open each item every day to check for offers. Go to Seller Hub. If you have offers, they will be there along with any orders you have. If you use the eBay app, simply open it. You will see any orders and offers you have.
I realize you may depended on email to get notified of eBay business, but there is no need to do that in 2026. If you spent more time on eBay, you may have actually known you do not have to check each item to see if you have an offer.
I realize this does not help you with your original question, but the goal should be not to miss a sale which is why I'm giving you this advice. I imagine that was @hotwheelsbum 's goal as well. Instead of showing some appreciation, you come down on them. Shameful.

No shame on me. Comical, Yes. Shame, No. 😄
OP has no idea how much of an Amateur they are when compared to my, Ahem, Grand Total of 29 Sales. I probably had more sales under my belt than they have today before they ever heard of ebay. 😂

In your message settings in preferences you should be able to set up that offer emails come to a personal email addy along with your ebay built in one. Unless they have changed that option too. Often I get those notifications long before (often before the offer expires) to my personal mail vs ebay. Major lag time.
