With the new option on Ebay android, why when I go to send an offer in pounds, when I get the final confirmation to send the offer is it reverting to US dollars?

Check the location setting in the app.

Tap the three bar icon (next to 'eBay'), scroll down and tap Settings. Look at 'Country/Region'. Does it say 'United States'? Tap to change.

No, that was my thinking too, but that is set as UK

Ok, if you thought of that, then I am sure you are on the latest version, have deleted all unneeded open app windows, etc.
