As a seller, when i am attempting to purchases a label, it continuously gives me a error stating "it is not possible to generate the label. please try again later."
I have attempted to use multiple browsers, incognito mode, etc. No changes, I have input with several agents and awaiting a reply to when this is resolved. Hope this is not affecting everyone.
