So I order some parts and it was an item that I would have to pay return shipping if something went wrong. Something went wrong, but the seller agreed to pay. So I was going to return the item, but had to cancel the process to find out more information from the seller. I went back to restart the process to return, but it is saying it is in the process but was cancelled. Now I can not restart the process and I can NOT get through on the number to receive any HELP!! I have been working on this now for two days. So maybe someone from SERVICE will see that I am VERY upset and send some help my way?? I guess I will see if anyone is reading the emails or not. I really don't see how someone in the public forum is going to help with the technical problems that are happening with the online forum. Oh well fingers crossed.

A little confusing what is happening.
Ordered something and then started the returning process?
Can't return something you haven't received?

If you opened a return case and closed the return case, you cannot reopen the case. You are at the mercy of the seller.
There is no phone number to call ebay. That number is a scam number.
If you can't work out something with the seller, your trump card is your credit card if you used a credit card to pay. Contact them.
eBay's Money Back Guarantee is solid but you can't make mistakes like closing a return before you get your refund.

Sorry, since you closed the case, there's nothing else you can do through Ebay.
If you paid through Pay Pal, open a case with them.

This is not a technical problem. This is a problem caused because you did not understand how to use eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers.
All you needed to do was open an item not as described case. Then you would have waited four days and asked eBay to step in if there was no response from the seller.
eBay would have required the seller to send you a prepaid return label and to refund you in total when the seller received the returned item.
Don't understand what you did or why you did it that way, but your only recourse now is to ask for a refund through Paypal if that's how you paid or to do a chargeback on your credit card.
Please read the MBG so you will be better equipped if this should happen again.
PS: No one from SERVICE really cares that you are upset. Realistically, you were offered the solution to your problem, but you did not use it.
