no sent messages

I have no "sent" option in messages- from Inbox, i have 6 options, none of which are "sent"- no drop down option either-

I now realise that most messages i send, especially second chance offers, never reach the recipient, which has been bad for me- any ideas?

If you use a desktop browser and revert back to the "classic" message format rather than the newer "chat-style" format, you should be able to see your Sent folder.

You are very welcome. Apparently the new "chat-style" message format does not support folders yet.

How do I revert back to the "Classic" format?? I don't see anything that says anything related to reverting back to classic format.

It appears that eBay has made the new format the only format for messages, so the old format is no longer available.

But the new format does support folders, so you should be able to access your sent messages.
