no access to USPS shipping service today

I am trying to gain access to the USPS shipping options to ship packages today and only UPS and Fed Ex show up.  I am trying to use first class USPS mail since it is the cheapest rate for an 8 ounce package. This has happened about two weeks ago and resolved in about a day with no effort on my part. I have already cleared my history cache to try to resolve it but no luck. Anyone else experiencing trouble accessing Ebay shipping options?

I have some similar issues with listing items from unsold list. For me, i tried a different browser for relisting and selling similar and it does work for me. Its been a few weeks and i still have to work that way which is not the most convenient but it has worked.
