new shipping not working

new shipping would not allow me to ship a 3 ounce packet this morning, finally was abel. this evening can not print a label for another shipment. CAnceled 50 items before they were going to roll over automatically , they canceled but 2 days they were relisted. [ c'mon guys ]

Make sure you are selling first class PARCEL in order to print a label.  ebay/Paypal only print labels for PARCELS, so make sure when creating your listing you are not selecting Letter or Large Envelope.
