i sold a piece but buyer make a dispute as he did not recognize the transiction 

as the piece did not arrive to him i make a response for that and provide a shipping track and bill

but ebay take in the buyer side and refund him 

the issue that 

the piece is reached and delivered by him and recorede delivered on ebay 

but my fund did not restored and zero

Sounds like a dispute with a credit card from the buyer...through eBay.

Those are not easy to fight...might be a challenging to win.

Seems rather strange everything is done in one half day. Usually the funds are frozen in eBay until you respond to the claim.

Was it a Didn't Recognize The Transaction or an Item Not Received case?

Did you upload the tracking number to the case showing it had been delivered?

buyer did not recognize the transaction but the real status is that the piece is delayed in shipping 

so ebay return buyer money to him

but now it is delivered 

and recorded delivered in ebay site
