my ebay only shows items on .co.uk website but i list in .com

i have 1 current item listed, and its only visible on the .co.uk website. if i access to my page .com/usr/portocollections shows 0 items, while .co.uk/usr/portocollection it shows up...

 

How to fix this?! i want my item to be shown everywhere. this is a problem im having for long time now.

You're registered as a business seller based in Europe (Portugal) but you don't accept returns. That is against the law in Europe. That may be why your listings are not being shown in Europe.

 

Business sellers in Europe are required to comply with the Distance Selling Regulation, which includes accepting returns for at least 14 days, for any reason. More info:

I posted a link to the regulation on eBay Ireland, because that is the only eBay website based in Europe that uses English.

it seems that people from europe cannot see my listings, but some regions can. What is wrong here? I have put sale worldwide..
