my ebay getting easier and simplier to use keeps freezing

anyone else having a problem with a pop up saying my ebay is getting easier and simpler to use   but when I click it I cant get it to close   it has been constantly doing it past couple days when I go to my relist items page   

I have to close and open a new page every time

If you are using Safari, try opening up that page in Firefox instead. In Firefox, you should be able to dismiss that popup once and for all. For some reason, Safari does not handle that particular popup well.

If Firefox doesn't get rid of it, at least one poster was apparently able to get around it by calling up eBay and having the popup removed by customer service on the phone.
