markdown manager stuck on 'pending' and 'processing' for an hour now.

After adding items to a sale at 10pm on Oct. 16... it still hadn't updated by noon the following day (Oct 17).  I was told by eBay Support that I need to wait "up to" 24 hours.  After waiting a full 36 hours... today, after talking to Support again... I finally gave up.  Their team knew of no way to correct the problem other than to shut down the promotion and start over.  So now... it won't even cancel the promotion.  Even that is "pending"...  There must be something else wrong.  The problem has been increasing over the past few months... with longer and longer wait periods.  Frustrating!

Same, I even scheduled mine ahead of time last night, and it’s still pending. So frustrating.

According to eBay, this is just the new normal.  We've been pursuing this issue for almost 2 months with CS.  They have settled on "markdown sales my take 24 hours to process" as standard operating experience.  No amount of explaining how that is unacceptable performance and not the "standard experience" many sellers have had in the past has gotten us anywhere.

I'm afraid sellers who are counting on using markdown promotions for the holidays are going to be in for a surprise when they find out there are significant delays in start and end times.

You are right. On one ID, I set them to start for my holiday sales at 12:30 am. 5 hours later, they are still “processing”. On the other ID, set up same thing. As of now, 2 of the sales are actually activated and the 3 others still “processing”. 

ebay is getting to be a terrible company, with PayPal following close behind it.

I was planning to run a 4 day off after Thanksgiving sale to start on Black Friday.  It was scheduled to start at 12:30 AM this morning.  It's now 2:20 PM and still pending -- over 12 hours later.  😞  I usually have good post-Thanksgiving sales with Markdown and am very disappointed this isn't working.

I've been telling eBay support for almost 2 months now that come Black Friday weekend there would be a lot of sellers who will be very frustrated and disappointed with this new "normal" of up to 24 hour processing times for mark downs.

Good luck and I hope you are still able to get some good sales out of this weekend.

I have the same issue. I have a promotion that was supposed to start at 12am. 12 hours later and STILL processing. So much for a Black Friday Sale. Thanks eBay. 😡

I am adding inventory to  current sale, and its stuck on pending for the additions.  It has been stuck for over 14 hours now.

So I called ebay.  I don't know why I even bother calling them.  I guess to see what ridiculous excuses they have.  Anyway,  they told me that the items I added were being reviewed.  ???  it would be 24 hours before they were marked down.
