I can only login with this tech issues site. All other attempts lead to Internet Explorer has stopped working.

If you are using Internet Explorer 11 and having problems with the main eBay page hanging or causing Explorer to crash, try using another browser such as Chrome, Firefox or Opera instead. If you can't use another browser, you can try bookmarking the eBay sitemap page and using that rather than going to the main eBay page (which is apparently causing problems for users of IE11 lately):

This is definitely an eBay issue and not your computer. It's happening to many customers, who use both IE and Firefox. I addressed this to Alan, the Community Boards Manager and he replied and will be looking into this.
A work-around is to bookmark another eBay page that's not the Homepage (Community Boards works). Sign-in there and if you see another hang-up/error message, close the page and open again and you should be signed in.
