can you explain this then- Logged into Ebay 24/7 and change pass word every 6 months, now I make a purchase not an issue - so I thought, clicked paypal for payment ,my credit card charged direct,also I complained about a seller charging 2 times and refuses to pay up--- now that was the start as I said I'm logged in as can purchase but if I want to ask a question,review account,email ebay or contact seller it takes me to a log in only , being that way for a while, I think Ebay has a view issues these days and may get left behind---- but it also shows I'm logged in now as I can post this
