This is the 2nd time this has happened in a few weeks. Got the dreaded policy violation email. Can I help it if the popular known name of a certain color of Swarovski crystal and Czech glass is Montana Sapphire?!? I make it VERY clear to people that these items do not contain the sapphire gemstone but ebay's scroll troll doesnt get it.
So, in both instances I edited the listings and got the approval notice from ebay. The listings look good on my end but when I click them it goes to the "we looked everywhere" error. This time I was smart and copy pasted saved my listing description so I dont have to rewrite it. I havent tried to recreate either listing yet and am wondering if anyone else has run across this. I should add that over 25+ years of selling I have gotten other mistaken violation notices and edited them without any issues. This has only affected the last two. Anyone else seeing this?
