all of a sudden out of nowhere the labels are vertical instead of sideways. i print it anyway and part of the left side is cut off. none of the settings do anything to fix this. i go into the printer's settings.. nothing works. no matter what the label comes up exactly the same way. this is enraging. NOW WHAT.
Hi coinsnioc! I just posted with the same problem? I can't find a way to fix it either....I hope this is not the latest 'Eba Improvement'......I don't have time to 'trim' labels....and you're right, one side gets shaved off!
This is a issue with eBay. All users are not affected. I have 3 accounts, 1 account the issue is just Fedex, UPS labels, 1 account has no issue and the other only has USPS label issues. The labels are coming out very small to the left side. I put a ticket in this morning. Anyone who is having a issue please call or chat with eBay to let them know so they can fix it quicker. It's a huge inconvenience.
I hope they fix soon. It is an awful issue and waste of paper. I used to print 2 labels per page now can only do one. If I print as is now it goes vertical to one side and cuts off part of the label. I can replicate the issue on every browser, 3 computers, and 2 different printers. It's an issue with the data ebay is putting out it's not our settings.
As of about 3 days ago mine started printing the label in the center of the page. I was using the 2 labels per page now I can't or it wastes labels. It prints fine from the app but not my MacBook.
