issues with manage shipped orders awaiting feedback page

I use the manage shipped orders awaiting feedback page for keeping track of what items have been delivered and what have not and may need further attention. When an item says delivered, I leave feedback. This usually sends it to the orders paid and shipped page. This week this is not happening. After I leave feedback, the items stay on this page. The option still shows for me to leave FB, but when I click on it it tells me I have already left FB for this order. It does not show the icon for seller left feedback, but when I click on the buyer's FB page, it shows I have.

@wastingtime101  I totally forgot I already posted this!  Yes, I did that--same issue on Bing and Chrome.

If clearing your cookies and cache doesn't work, I have no further advice other than to report it to CS.

 

I've noticed a lag in feedback registering and removing the orders from the "awaiting feedback" filter, but it's like 10-15 min, not several days.

It has been nearly a week and they are still there, so no solution yet!

I am also experiencing this issue, and the solution from the provided link did not work, or I did it wrong (equal possibilities lol). I seem to be experiencing a similar issue with already shipped orders that continue coming up in the bulk shipping tool. Probably a separate issue, but figured it's worth mentioning.
