I got a new laptop with windows 10 and is does it same as on my old one with  win 7

Funny thing is my really old laptop with Win XP works great.

Ebay has lost monew because it locks up my bidding page when I click on my bids and sometimes on a search ending soon. I can not get the link open to bid before the end of the auction.
