I keep getting sent to this page (https://ir.ebaystatic.com/cr/v/c1/x-frame-4.html) when I'm on eBay. Anyone else have this problem, and what is it?

Yes it is happening to me more and more each day. I am not sure what it is but it is very annoying when you are trying to look for things and it keeps throwing you over to this page...

Hi @vintagepan and @palmcoastcards, is your browser automatically redirecting you to this page without anything being clicked?

@vintagepan and @palmcoastcards if you could post the URL of a page when this happens, and a screenshot, this will help. Also, let us know what platform and browser you're using.

It happens now dozens of times a day every few minutes or so. I can't even post anyhting without being directed to this page. I will cut and paste you a screen shot of the site when it happens again...

It's happening on 'edge', but not on 'chrome'. It will just jump to it without any prompting.

Hi @vintagepan and @palmcoastcards.

Questions from ebay tech support...

First, they are suggesting that you clear cache and cookies from your browser and try a new browsing session.

What version of Edge or IE are you using?

I believe you said ALL ebay pages, but they want to know if it's search pages, view item pages, SYI (sell your item) forms?

I use an old version of edge as well. The page switches to ir.static.com randomly on all different pages regardless of where I am on the website...

I've sent this feedback over @palmcoastcards.

Two things...I recommend you update Edge to the latest version, (this will help keep your browser more secure), and please clear cache and cookies and open a new browsing session and see if that makes a difference.

Same thing as vintageepan, .. just scrolling page, if i go to look at a item it goes to blank page... ir.ebaystatic.com sometimes i can click back .... sometimes i have to start over, veryyyyyyyyyyy frustrateing !!!!!!!! also finding a place to contact ebay about problems like this arent easy how about includeing .... TECH PROBLEMS somewhere hmm

I'm getting the same, more and more every day. About every 10 seconds or so.  While doing searches, looking at individuals items, in the middle of scrolling.  VERY aggravating!  It doesn't seem to be doing it here in the community though.

Hello, this has also been happening to me as well for roughly a month, but has ramped up considerably over the past week - it won't go away! So I will be on Ebay scrolling through my watched items list (I usually have it full) and it will just redirect me to this blank page - https://ir.ebaystatic.com/cr/v/c1/x-frame-4.html

about every 10 seconds like clockwork! Refresh does nothing and you have to click back to go back. It is completely messing with me to be able to buy things and bid (especially at the last moment) - PLEASE HELP?? I am also using Edge - I ran the Defender scan and Spybot to no avail..
