How do I file a complaint about an ebay phone representative who was not helpful but became confrontational . I want to talk to a live person.

There are very knowlegable people on these forums (more so than myself) that may be able to help with the problem that prompted you to speak to a representative in the first place.
You might just end up getting another representative with the same attitude and become even more dismayed.

Explain your problem so the good people here can maybe be of help or guide you in the right direction.

In reality, live with it. Nothing you can do. Nothing will be done.
These are 3rd party hired company reps (not ebay employees, there are none on the phones- try facebook or twitter for ebay employees) that do not really know ebay systems, have no ability to do anything and usually just tell you what you want to hear to get you off the phone.
