Non-paying buyers are a big problem on this site and eBay's been doing a lot to eliminate that type of situation. Because of this, there may be nothing CS can do to remove those unpaid item strikes. The strikes will age off after 12 months. In the meantime, I suggest shopping fixed price listings instead of auctions.
