help!!!

good morning,

i've submitted this question to a couple of different message boards (selling discussion and ask a mentor), but have not received an actual answer, and this problem is getting more and more frustrating.  please help.

a few days ago, i all of a sudden stopped receiving email notifications for transactions and other things.  my email has not changed and i di not change my notification settings.  i went in yesterday morning, cleared my communication preferences, and reset them to my original.  nothing changed.  i went in last night, again completely cleared and then chose all of the settings, hoping to at least get something.  nothing changed.

i have received only one email from ebay, a reply to my initial request yesterday morning, in the last 3-4 days.

has this occurred to anyone else, and if so, what  was your fix?

Could be your email provider blocking some of the emails from Ebay.

was wondering about something like that as well, but i haven't changed any personal settings or changed my email at all.  actually have no idea on how to check that.  i did look at a few things ebay related, but again, i have not changed any settings.  this just randomly occurred with one other odd item.  the format of my seller hub also changed a bit without me changing anything.

i'll keep trying, and thanks for the reply, which btw, came through on my email!

The seller hub format is being changed for all of us, so it's not that.

yeah, I was weird for me. the seller hub layout has changed a number of times in the past and then I would just go in and configure. however, this time around only one of the three “boxes” I have on my seller hub was reconfigured. 

im just more concerned about not receiving any other emails other than from the community.

Have you checked your spam folder to see if they are showing up there?

Well, I’ll be damned. The most logical solution WAS the solution, but in my defense I’ve never ever had any kind of email go there over years, eBay or not. 

I have no idea why that started, and worse yet, how to fix it.

Boy, if it was as simple as the emails going to spam, then simply clicking it’s not spam in the email itself, I am going to feel pretty foolish.
