handling fees disappearing

On items that do not go first class, I add a 1.00 handling fee to help cover costs, (such as FVF of shipping, bubble wrap, tissue, etc). 

For the past couple of weeks, my handling fees have been disappearing when I upload listings. I know this has been an issue on the app, but I am working on a computer. At first I thought it was human error, but now I have been paying extra attention and going back and checking after listing, and they are just disappearing during the uploading of the listings. 

Is this just another new forever glitch or a tech issue that will be taken care of?

When you say "upload listings" what are you meaning?  Are you using File Exchange, Sixbit, etc to upload listings?  

I was able to fix several listings yesterday and last night that had "lost" their handling charge because I had previously edited the listing using my IOS device.

Upload meaning I am just creating a new listing. No software use here. I normally just do a sell similar off another item.

Hi @downrightspecialkids, I'd like to do some testing on my end with an example from you. Can you provide an item number where you've seen the handling fee disappear when relisting?
