Who are you talking to? Aliexpress has nothing to do with eBay. 
eBay has Money Back Guarantee  and works really well for buyers when used properly.

I ordered from Azerbaijan and I was sent a used product, instead of a new one, returning it is an additional cost of money and time. seller does not contact. and ebay has added only the product return function. I cannot claim a certain part of the money because the purchased product is used. that's the point.
