They were having A LOT of issues w/the shipping/labels etc. recently - May/June (2020)
- I had to simply work around the problem - by "purchasing shipping thru paypal."
- which was not IDEAL in my opinion, however, it got the packages out until the matter was resolved.
- You don't have to do anything different, really - except - make that click to "pay by paypal" when you are at the payment stage. In other words, your pricing is the same, you generate the label, shipping discount in tact, etc.
- I would also call customer service - OR - send an email - to tell them about your shipping problem.
- BECAUSE - i'm no longer having the error problem, or i would say, it was a current issue,
however, they seemed to have fixed it. so maybe call/email them to see if there is another problem for you - or if they are aware of some issue, and when it will be resolved.
But at least you will not miss a shipment until you find out exactly what's wrong. 🙂
