erroneous "your bid is winning" email

As I'm utterly unable to find a simple address through which to report minor technical issues, I guess I'll just list the issue here in the hopes that someone eventaully notices: The system which sends out "Your bid is winning now" emails appears to have made a minor mistake.
I recently put in a couple of bids on an item; the first was well-below the existing high bid, while the second turned out to be exactly equal to it. Despite having at no point been the high bidder on this item, eBay saw fit to email me stating that I am the high bidder on this specific item.
My guess: the logic driving that email is likely checking to see that my bid is greater-than-or-equal-to the current bid, failing to consider the case of multiple people placing equal bids.
It's not a huge issue, but I wanted to bring it to the attention of someone on eBay's tech team, so they could correct the behavior of their automated emails.
