Having same issue for a week. I am SO angry. I've called ebay 9 times, PayPal 5 times and each one blames the other. I've used the same card to checkout for 11 years then out of know where it keeps getting denied. I've tried 4 other credit cards, nothing works. I've called the banks and all credit card companies so there are no problems with that. This needs to be fixed immediately

As a buyer I’ve encountered exactly the same problem on multiple occasions in the past. I was also given the runaround with both parties passing blame onto each other. It’s inexcusable.
It’s not surprising to see more sellers voicing complaints about declining sales through various media channels. You can do everything right when creating listings, lose sales and have no idea why. Leaving buyers and sellers to play guessing games is not an acceptable way to operate.
Encountering serious issues and having them obfuscated is a massive cause of frustration for all users. The effect is to greatly diminish the platform’s viability as an effective place to conduct business.
The lack of transparency really needs to be addressed to restore lost confidence.
