ebay keeps relisting items after they're sold

After a customer bought an item I discovered that it (along with 4 more) was already sold. I cancelled the order as "Out of Stock" and refunded their money but I think it makes me look bad.

I've sold 12 items and only five were relisted so it's obviously a glitch.

I tried to find an answer in the Community forums but none of the solutions applied.

I have since changed all of them to include the word "SOLD" at the beginning.

Double check when you list that the Inventory Box has "1" in it...

Right now, you have a couple items that indicate you have multiple items available....

Many times, when you use "Sell Similar", we overlook that box when listing...and it erroneously shows that we have multiple of the same items available......
