I haven't listed anything in the last couple of days, and when I started to do new listings I saw that the option for volume discounts was missing from the listing form.
I went further to check my listings and none of the volume discounts appear. Is this something new?
I searched the forum before posting this question and only got one return (of recent past) and it alluded to the OP not having a store, therefore not eligible. This did not apply to my situation and if there are other posts I did not see them to get a reference.
Thanks in advance

Promotions like volume discounts, coupons etc can be found by going into your seller hub, click Marketing then promotions then click the blue button that says create a promotion, then select the type of promotion you want. They aren’t found in the listing form.
Remember, your promotions also have an expiration date.

Thank you very much for your detailed response, I will have a look and see what it looks like to me.
They indeed WERE in the listing form as of the last time I made a listing, just above "Schedule your Listing" and never had an expiration that appeared there.
"Volume Discounts" in the listing is the only way I have ever done this and I list and sell steady. That makes this new and different to me. Not surprising because my seller hub has a lot of changes that happen.
Thank you again and I will report.

See pictures.
ok, so I looked under this tab and looked down the list of "Manage Promotions" and although I have not ever used it in this manner, it has a "Volume Pricing" that shows "Active".
When clicking on "Edit". It says it is set to end in 2026, I am sure I have never done that but more to the point there is no discount anywhere to be found.
You see there is something in there that says End and that is new
So, again, I feel like something is missing on my listing (or listing form) because there is no control on that?

When using the APP it still appears in the listing where I have always seen it. I knew I wasn't THAT crazy.. lol

@spendingcents26150 I see in your screenshot the QTY is only 1. Volume Pricing of course requires having more than 1 of an item in stock since the discount is meant to increase the more someone buys.
It looks like eBay has made a change to the listing form to make showing the Volume Pricing option "dynamic" meaning it will only show the option if the listing would actually qualify to use that feature.
I tested it out and with QTY at 1 it does not show, but as soon as you change the QTY to more than 1, it refreshes and shows the Volume Pricing option.
Screenshots here:
Try changing the QTY and let us know if that works!

Yeah, my variation listings definitely have quantities more than one, some have hundreds. Just doesn't show on the variation listings. Still shows on listings without variations.

I am sorry that I didn't answer this.. I would request that you not look at the photos to find a reason for why that volume discount isn't showing because this was actually a listing where it DID appear (even with the quantity of one, it just needed to be turned on). I was showing that the APP had the view I was accustomed to seeing.
My discounts started appearing again if I ended and sold similar but not anywhere else. This means that I have found a work around, and that new listings moderately work as they did before
